Tour of Bulls Island with Rudy Mancke: Sunday, October 10, 2010
Once again we are excited to offer the Tours of Bulls Island with Naturalist Rudy Mancke as one of our fundraising events of the year. Rudy has a way of seeing things that are easy to miss and can keep you interested in one spot for hours. However, we promise we will move to multiple spots!
Join us for a day where you will take the ferry to Bulls Island and enjoy truck tours of the island. We also provide a wonderful lunch in the middle of the day. There are 2 tours -- one at 8:45 and one at 11:00am. There is a limit of 35 people per tour, so these sell out early. To register, just click here for the Registration Form!
Don't delay --- register now and support the SEWEE Association.

Music & Oysters for Wildlife, 2010:
YOU did it again!! YOU came on a cold, wet Saturday to support our work and helped us gross over $33,000.00 in this MAJOR fundraising effort for us. According to those who came, the oysters were the best ever (thank you Carolina Seafood and all your local oystermen!) and the music was as hot as those shellfish!
The Blue Dogs returned as the headliners, and Papa Futch made his annual appearance with son Hank. Ed and Sarah Hunnicutt opened the day as the oysters were laid upon the tables. Red Dog Ramblers, Cravin' Melon, the Occasional Milkshake (with Mark Bryan, Danielle Howle, and others), and the Whisperjets kept the sounds going for hours.
